Workers hired through the OJT Program must be hired to perform one or more of these activities and primarily work in one of the eligible energy efficiency and clean technology areas.

Climate Justice Fellowship - If you have recently attended a technical training school (BOCES), or participated in AmeriCorps, Youth Build, or the Conservation Corps, or otherwise fall in the category of a priority population, you are eligible for a 1 year, full time Fellowship opportunity at a participating business or college/university.
